KEIR International signed a partnership and business development agreement with LeadersSoft. The agreement aims to expand the client base of KEIR International. The agreement also provides for the opening of the Keir Software sector under one roof for cooperation between Keir International and LeadersSoft as a business development company in the information technology sector.
