Eng. Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Omar has over 26 years of professional experience as an executive leader in power generation and transmission projects, localization and qualification, and the real estate sector, with a particular focus on executive management and enhancing project performance through hands-on leadership, effective training and development initiatives, and the application of comprehensive knowledge of quality management systems and integrated management to improve quality standards and plan and manage audit activities. He also possesses strong communication skills and a proven ability to build high-performing teams, contributing to earning the trust of employees, colleagues, and executive leadership. Eng. Mohammed Al-Omar currently serves as a Board Member and Chairman of the Executive Committee. Previously, he held the position of Co-Founder and General Manager of Al-Boad Al-Aman Engineering Consulting Company.
